Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Biology, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Florida A&M University. She has more than 25 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in multiple care settings, including acute care, inpatient rehab, independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and outpatient orthopedics. Wendy has a strong manual therapy background and has completed additional training in McConnell taping, geriatric care, McKenzie MDT, Maitland Mobilizations for the joints and spine. She is most passionate about using her manual skills to improve mobility and reduce pain in individuals of all ages. Jenna received her Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park and her Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University. Additionally, she earned a certification in Advanced Practice in Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation from Drexel University. She has over 23 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and has been working at the MedStar Hand Clinic in Lutherville, Maryland as a Certified Hand Therapist for over 16 years. Her career highlights include a mission trip to Ghana teaching current concepts in hand therapy and rehabilitation to fellow therapists, surgeons and medical students; authoring a chapter on wrist arthrodesis the fourth edition of Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation: A Practical Guide; and serving on the education division of the American Society of Hand Therapy.
