Paula Sommerhalder Keathley holds a Masters of Occupational Therapy from Cal State Dominguez Hills. She has spent most of her time as an occupational therapist working in the areas of hand therapy among renowned surgeons in Beverly Hills and in home health providing home safety evaluations and making recommendations for adaptive equipment. She has advanced certifications including an advanced Hand Therapy Certification and is a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist. Paula has a passion for learning and expanding her knowledge base and enjoys taking continuing education courses in all areas of study. She presently specializes in bringing her splinting, kinesiotaping, and manual therapy background to patients who cannot leave their homes due to their current disability.

Ann Elsasser-Root holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a Geriatric Clinical Specialist with experience in multiple care settings, including skilled nursing, independent living, inpatient rehab, and outpatient orthopedic and neurology. Ann is most passionate about treating older adults to improve their quality of life and maximize functional independence. As a curriculum designer for Relias, she enjoys combining her clinical knowledge with her interest in research and staying up-to-date with changes and advances in the field of rehabilitation.
