Physical Therapy Best Practices for Lumbar Spine Stabilization

When do you use stabilization exercises for your patients with back pain? Are these exercises effective? In this course, you will learn how to safely, effectively, and efficiently prescribe lumbar spine stabilization exercises to increase paraspinal strength and motor control for adult and older adult patients with various lumbar spine dysfunctions. A brief review of indications for a spine stabilization program is included. Proper exercise techniques, recommended intensity, and progression are included with pictures.
