Cecelia Garritt received her business degree from Montgomery County Community College and her A.A.S ~ Registered Nurse licensure from the University of New England. Cecelia graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors in Applied Sciences with a Major in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Maine at Augusta, magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at The University of Maine at Fort Kent, and cum laude with a Masters of Public Health with a Major in Global Health from Southern New Hampshire University. Cecelia also has multiple certifications in different fields, including military sexual trauma, PTSD, Co-occurring disorders, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology. Cecelia also has multiple certifications through the World Health Organizations and The Federal Emergency Management Agency. Cecelia has 29 years of experience in the medical field, in which 23 years of that experience is in behavioral sciences. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, rescuing dogs, and teaching yoga and mindfulness.

Amanda Gayle received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She completed a pre-doctoral internship at the University of Georgia in the Counseling and Testing Center. She also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Duke University Medical Center in the Occupational Health Department working in both the internal and external employee assistance programs. She is licensed in North Carolina where she was in private practice for 15 years serving primarily adults in individual and couples counseling with many presenting issues. Her focus was on cognitive behavioral therapy to treat anxiety, mood disorders, grief, relationship difficulties, stress management, self-esteem, and parenting.
