Dr. Rhonda Davin is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 25 years of experience in the fields of developmental disabilities and autism. She has served the field as a teacher, college professor, consultant, and expert witness. She started Behavior Consulting Services which provided direct behavior analytic services to children with autism and their families for 10 years. She has supervised and mentored behavior analysts and service providers currently practicing in the field today. Dr. Davin has also provided technical assistance for large-scale organizational change efforts in the area of Positive Behavior Supports. She is currently working at Relias Learning as the BCBA Subject Matter Expert, Content Writer, and Continuing Education Coordinator for Relias to the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
Subject Matter Expert: Jesse Dallery, Ph.D.
Jesse is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Florida and a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Florida. Jesse received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Emory University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Behavioral Pharmacology. Jesse's research integrates information technologies with behavioral interventions for cigarette smoking and other health-related behavior (e.g., physical activity, medication adherence). Jesse also conducts translational research on choice and decision making in the human laboratory, emphasizing quantitative models of operant behavior. He has published over 120 articles in a diverse range of peer-reviewed journals and received grant support from the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation. He is co-editor of the book Behavioral Health Care and Technology: Using Science-Based Innovations to Transform Practice. Jesse is a former Associate Editor for Perspectives on Behavior Science, The Behavior Analyst, and Behavioural Processes, and Special Topics Associate Editor (substance abuse) for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2014, he was named Teacher of the Year in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. He is a fellow in Division 25 of the American Psychological Association and the Association for Behavior Analysis International.
Writer: Kimberly Workman, MA
Ms. Workman is an Instructional Designer at Relias. She has a Master of Arts in Technology and Communication, as well as graduate certificates in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Digital Communications. Ms. Workman has a background in writing and designing online continuing medical education for physicians and other health professionals on multiple educational platforms, including web-based, game-based, and immersive learning environments. She has also used simulation training extensively to connect learning to real-world environments.
